Portales, NM – The Roosevelt County Road Department will be chip sealing S. Roosevelt Rd. 4, between S. Roosevelt Rd. O and S. Roosevelt Rd. P beginning Tuesday, Nov. 6. This project is expected to be completed by Thursday, Nov. 8 weather permitting. This roadway is being enhanced to a chip sealed road from caliche as part of a Local Government Road Fund Grant.
