Occupational License

Occupational License is issued for all businesses located outside city limits but are still within Roosevelt County. The business must have a New Mexico taxpayer identification number in order to apply for a license. The license is valid for one calendar year (January through December) and must be reapplied for every year. The minimum cost is $5.00, with the maximum being $75.00. The cost is figured by taking 1/10 of 1% of gross receipts.

Firework Stand Permits are available through the County Managers office.
