- Roosevelt County Commissioners will be attending the Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce Banquet on January 9, 2020 at the Yam Theatre. A quorum of County Commissioners may be in attendance; however, no county business will be conducted.
- Roosevelt County Commissioners will be attending the NM Counties Winter Legislative Conference on January 21-23, 2020 in Santa Fe. A quorum of County Commissioners may be in attendance; however, no county business will be conducted.
- Roosevelt County Commissioners will be attending the 2020 Clovis/Portales Legislative Appreciation Day February 3, 2020 in Santa Fe. A quorum of County Commissioners may be in attendance; however, no county business will be conducted.
- The Roosevelt County Commission regular meeting scheduled for February 4, 2020 has been canceled. The next regular commission meeting will be February 18, 2020.
